Lee Tee Ling (TL)

Managing Consultant

TL is a Senior HR Leader with 30 years of experience in human resource management and organization development (OD) at strategic and operational levels.  He had held HR leadership roles in both publicly listed and privately owned companies in different industries: Healthcare, Infocomm, Public transport, Logistics, petrochemical and Shipbuilding/marine engineering.

TL has successfully provided consultancy & training services to both local organizations and MNCs in different industries. He has also successfully completed HR consultancy projects funded under the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG).

TL has formulated HR strategies and successfully translated them into HR programmes in leadership development, organization effectiveness, organization capability development, total rewards and employer branding.

TL has excellent experiences in dealing with major organisational changes: merger and acquisition (M & A), public listing, severe economic conditions (SARS/Financial Crisis) and organization restructuring (right sizing etc.). He has successfully worked directly with 3 unions and achieved harmoniously industrial relations. He has also negotiated and concluded Collective Agreements with the Unions.

CP is a practising regional HR leader and consultant.  He has more than 10 years of combined experience in HR Business Partnering, Learning, Talent and Organisation Development locally and regionally in the Asia Pacific and South-East Asia region. 

He has worked in various HR roles in the Singapore Civil Service, Multi-National Corporations (IT, Medical, Insurance Brokerage & Professional Services), Banking & Finance Institutions and high-growth technology-driven Start-Ups. 

He specialises in designing and conducting programs and solutions leveraging on various psychometric profiling tools and assessments. 

As a trained and certified counsellor and coach, CP has designed and led many initiatives and strategies in progressive HR practices to enhance and strengthen employee relationship and engagement as well as diversity and inclusion at the workplace. 

He also provides internal and external performance and career coaching to aspiring HR and business leaders to people managers and business leaders.
